Collingwood Charters is owned by two local families who take pride in our beautiful and friendly community. We enjoy supporting and collaborating with local events and businesses whenever we can to give you the best cruising experience Collingwood has to offer!
You can feel confident choosing us for your next boat tour, as we strive to put safety first. This means ensuring that all our captains and crew are trained and certified with Transport Canada. They even work beyond the required certification to help provide the safest experience possible aboard our vessel, the Huronic.
About the Huronic
You'll find the Huronic docked in Collingwood's harbour, which has a rich history of shipbuilding and the side-launching of ships. In fact, that's where we got the name - the Huronic is named for the first side-launched ship!
While it may be smaller than its predecessor at 65 feet, it certainly makes up for it with some more modern touches. On the lower level of our Huronic, you'll find a fully licensed bar, snack bar, washroom, and seating area. You can then head on up to the upper deck to find additional seating and a partially-covered deck that can help keep you protected from the weather. With seating for 70 in total, there's enough room to bring all your friends and family if you're thinking about a private tour for a special event! Speaking of our tours...
